Nakheel The Palm Gateway
The Palm Gateway is a new waterfront living & leisure complex by the Nakheel Properties developer. The residential project will consist of three high-rise individual buildings with 1-3 bedroom apartments, called The Palm Gateway Central Tower, The Palm Gateway Beach Tower and The Palm Gateway Tubular Tower. At the moment the development is under construction and the estimated date of completion will be known at a later date.
The total number of residences in Nakheel The Palm Gateway constitutes 1,265, and all apartments will feature panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah island and some of the most famous landmarks in the emirate of Dubai. The architects of the waterfront development is WS Atkins & Partners.
The complex has a gross floor area of 5.5 million sqft and 8,600 sqft will be occupied by retail spaces. Residents of the complex will enjoy plenty of dining options, retail, and health and fitness facilities such as spacious swimming pools, sports courts, open parks, barbecue areas, a jogging track and much more.
